Refund policy
AppFactory is a digital product: the full software and your license key are delivered the moment the payment goes through. For that reason all sales are final and we do not offer refunds for a change of mind.
At checkout you ask for immediate delivery of the digital content and confirm that you lose the right of withdrawal once delivery starts, where your local law gives you one.
When we still step in
- Duplicate or mistaken charge. If you were charged twice for the same license, we refund the extra payment.
- The license cannot be activated. If your key does not activate on a supported Mac and we cannot fix it within 14 days of your first email, we refund you.
- Where the law requires it. Nothing here limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
Write to support@appfactory.uk from the address you bought with. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Polar, our merchant of record, and the license key is revoked.
